Smile Systems Institute was founded to provide training and support for dental professionals interested in providing full mouth restorations. All of our courses include live classroom instruction, observation, as well as hands-on participation. Our goal is to help every doctor confidently and successfully implement the 3 on 6 treatment protocol into their practice.

Our training facility is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Located just 15 minutes from an international airport and across the street from a hotel, you can enjoy easy access to our facility with no need for a rental car.
Didactic Learning
During our 4-day course, we first teach the science and methodology behind 3 on 6. This gives you a foundation of knowledge that accelerates your confidence and acquisition of new skills.
Hands-on Surgery
In our course you will participate in a live surgery under supervision, ensuring you know how to work through common complications and plan for successful outcomes.
3 on 6 Certified Provider
After completing the course, you will become a certified 3 on 6 provider, capable of offering this incredible treatment to your patients.

Dr. Logan Locke
Director of Smile Systems Institute
Dr. Locke graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a degree in finance. He was then accepted into the prestigious Regional Dental Education Program and attended Creighton Dental School on scholarship. He is the Director of the Smile Systems Institute and is dedicated to facilitating the teaching of excellent, evidence-based courses and improving outcomes for doctors around the country.
Dr. Randy Roberts
Chief Dental Officer
Dr. Roberts graduated from New York University College of Dentistry. He pioneered the industry changing 3 on 6™ full mouth restoration procedure. As the head of Research and Development for Smile Systems, he is constantly pushing modern dental practice and protocols forward with the intention of improving outcomes for patients and improving the abilities of clinicians.
