Smile Systems Institute
The Smile Systems Institute was founded to provide ongoing training for general dentists and other dental professionals interested in providing full mouth restorations. All of our courses include live classroom instruction, observation, as well as hands-on learning. Our goal is to have our doctors leave with a new skill, ready to confidently implement into practice.
FACILITIES
The new training facility is located in Midvale, Utah, incorporated into our Smile Clinic building. The facility features a large training room, surgical observation room, as well as over a dozen operatories to be used for live hands-on training with patients.

The facility is also conveniently located adjacent to a hotel and a public transportation stop with service to and from the Salt Lake City International Airport.
RESOURCES
Smile Systems Institute maintains a large library of support documentation videos based on our own experience and practicing doctor recommendations. We also have a collection additional resources available including video trainings and more.
All active licensed providers have lifetime access to the support library, group support from our talented team of experienced providers, as well as ongoing direct support from our institute instructors.
FACULTY
Dr. Randy Roberts
Chief Dental Officer, Smile Systems
Dr. Roberts is the Chief Dental Officer for Smile Systems. He graduated Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. He received his Bachelors degree in Integrated Studies of Biology and Business from Utah Valley University. He founded Utah Smile Clinic and subsequently Smile Systems.
Dr. Roberts pioneered the industry changing 3 on 6™ full mouth restoration procedure. His experience with implant restorations is extensive. As the head of Research and Development for Smile Systems, he is constantly working on and perfecting his craft, with the intention of improving outcomes, and decreasing the cost and time investment for doctors and patients to receive treatment.
Dr. Logan Locke
Director of Smile Systems Institute
Dr. Locke graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a degree in finance. He was then accepted into the prestigious Regional Dental Education Program and attended Creighton Dental School on scholarship. Dr Locke has extensive dental implant and 3 on 6 experience.
Dr. Locke is the Director of the Smile Systems Institute and is dedicated to facilitating the teaching of excellent, evidence-based courses and improving outcomes for doctors around the country. Dr Locke is also involved in teaching many of the courses provided at the Institute.
Dr. Micah Weisenberg
Dr. Weisenberg graduated with a Bachelors from Towson University's Molecular Biology, Biochemsitry, and Bioinformatics program with additional minors in Chemistry and Business. He later graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Dentistry with a patient in dental technology.
Dr. Weisenberg is passionate about connecting with his patients and getting them the results they are looking for. To accomplish this, he has undergone advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, implants, full mouth reconstructions, occlusion, gum grafts, bone grafts, and sinus augmentations. Dr. Weisenberg continues to train with the best dentists in the industry to stay on the cutting edge. He has published articles on dentistry and is an educator with the Smile Systems Institute where he teaches surgical and restorative procedures for full mouth reconstructions.
Dr. Mitchell Duckworth
Head of Anesthesia
Dr. Duckworth is an experienced general dentist and residency-trained dentist anesthesiologist. He graduated from the University of Southern California’s Ostrow School of Dentistry and subsequently completed a residency in anesthesia at Stony Brook University Hospital, in Long Island, New York. During his residency, he completed rotations in Cardiology, Pain Management, Ambulatory Anesthesia, Post-Anesthesia Care, as well as Internal and Pediatric Medicine. Dr. Duckworth is certified by the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing to provide all levels of anesthesia. He is also board-eligible through the American Board of Dental Anesthesia. Dr. Duckworth is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support
