1. The minimum advertised price per arch is $20,000. This price can be "all-in" including bone grafting, and extractions, but cannot include other services such as anesthesia, lip fillers, botox, etc.

2. Providers may not undercut pricing from a known treatment plan from another provider, but may offer to price match the treatment plan.

3. Providers may not speak poorly of other providers online or to prospective patients.

4. ​Expectation: if a patient goes to a 3 on 6™ provider expecting a 3 on 6, they should be receiving a 3 on 6 which is a trademarked process manufactured by smile systems. If we find out that a patient goes to a 3 on 6 provider expecting to receive a 3 on 6 and instead received a counterfeit, then the doctor will be warned and given another opportunity, and then if it happens again, the provider will lose their license as a 3 on 6 provider and be removed from the licensed provider list.

Any one of the following things would count the case as a counterfeit-

1. not planned or guided using the smile systems lab or guide.

2. not using smile systems lab for the design of temporary or final teeth

3. not using smile systems lab for the final restorations.
