The upper arch, whether denture or 3 on 6, should be completed first. Once completed then the lower arch can be started. Smile Systems Dental Studio specializes in the 3 on 6 process, so we only make provisional dentures. If you’re needing a permanent denture then our lab is not currently offering them, as they are uncommon with the offices we service. You can now go back and start the process for the upper, whether it’s a denture or a 3 on 6.
